We have ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) cameras at the side of roads monitoring where your car is at any given moment... again for our safety so that the government can track 'bad guys'. However, we also have convicted sex offenders returned to our communities and PROTECTED by our laws so that they remain annonymous. Perhaps it's time for governments to begin coming clean regarding what is implemented to track us, control us or protect us. I for one currently don't believe a word they say...
